Lesley joined Workplace in Jan. 2018 and oversees the Global Enterprise Team. Prior to that she was at Box and served as General Manager WW Commercial and Online Sales. Lesley has a proven track record of building and scaling teams in high growth pre and post-IPO environments such as Box, MySQL, Informatica, and Remedy. In her time leading high growth sales environments, Lesley has collected a wealth of insight into the steps necessary to build a multi-billion dollar business. She is passionate about customer value creation, using data and operating metrics that drive a business forward, and diverse cultures to accelerate team performance.
Maryanne Brown Caughey is the Head of Gusto’s People team and shapes how the company creates an environment where talented people do their best work. She leads teams that manage recruiting, office environment, talent development, compensation, benefits, HR, and more.
Prior to Gusto, Maryanne led recruiting for Dropbox across five global offices and before that, she worked on the Sales team at Google. Maryanne has bachelor’s degrees in business administration and political science from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband, Patrick, and their son, Parker.
Shivani currently leads the New User Experience engineering team at Slack. She is passionate about the engineering leadership craft and is a mentor in the www.platohq.com community where she mentors startup CTOs and engineering managers, and Ascent, a Sequoia Capital program that focuses on career development and mentorship for professional women in Silicon Valley. Additionally, Shivani is one of the organizers of www.calibratesf.com, an engineering leadership conference.
Anna Binder is the head of People Operations at Asana, the fast-growing work management app for teams. Based in San Francisco with offices in NYC and Dublin, Asana helps more than 35,000 paying customers -- such as Uber, Major League Baseball, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation -- manage everything from marketing campaigns to product launches to team goals. Anna has spent most of her career in human resources at technology start-ups, connecting organizations’ people programs to their business objectives and values. She has served in similar roles at MuleSoft, Readyforce and IronPort Systems. She has a B.A. from the University of Oregon and an MBA from IESE in Spain.
David is founder and CEO of Lyra Health, a health care technology company focused on behavioral health. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Facebook, Inc. from 2009 through 2014. Prior to joining Facebook, David worked at Genentech, Inc. for 15 years in various positions, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Product Operations, and Vice President, Product Development. David holds an A.B. in International Relations and Economics from Brown University and was selected as a Henry Crown Fellow in 2000.
Accomplished and innovative Benefits & HR professional with a 20 year track record leading the direction and execution of Benefits & HR strategies for global organizations. Tracy currently manages the Benefits & Employee Experience strategy for Tesla worldwide - responsible for employee benefits, perks and on-site services for 43,000 employees in 35 countries across EMEA, APAC and North America. Tracy has successfully navigated rapid growth, expansion into several emerging international markets and integration of small and large scale acquisition.
Peter is Kalo’s Founder and CEO. The workplace has evolved with up large organizations seeing a shift to using freelancers, contractors and gig workers. By 2020, these non-employee workers will make up 40% of total organizational headcount. Kalo helps HR and People leaders formalize strategy and technology to adapt to this shifting landscape. Peter been recognized in the Forbes 30under30 enterprise software category and in 2017, he made the Debrett's 500 List, being named as one of the most influential people in Britain. When not running Kalo, he is playing basketball and listening to hip-hop.
Michelle has spent 20 years working with and leading progressive People functions at companies like AOL, Ooyala, Evernote and now Caffeine.tv. Michelle has worn every "HR hat" in the function and firmly believes that understanding the company's business and aligning the culture of its people is a bare minimum to building an engaged workforce. "Our people are our competitive advantage - not just our greatest asset, but the core component which makes our Companies successful.
As a member of Compass’ executive team, Nagaldinne is responsible for human resources strategy, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management and education as the brokerage expands domestically and into international markets. Before joining Compass, Nagaldinne worked at Outcome Health, a $5 billion health care technology company. He also worked as the head of HR for Facebook’s global sales team, New York office and Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, he managed a 100-person HR team at Amazon.
Jeannene is a passionate and innovative Global HR Operations & Shared Service leader with comprehensive experience building and leading world-class scalable teams. Determined to evolve HR services from the traditional HR service delivery to just-in-time resources for managers and employees where they already work.
She has held similar roles at companies like Salesforce and Sun Microsystems. Jeannene is currently overseeing global HR Operations, Benefits and Internal Employee Events at Cloudera.
Jay Srinivasan is a co-founder and CEO of Spoke, to which he brings a deep blend of technology and business expertise. In 2014, he sold his previous start-up, Appurify, to Google, where he led product management for developer testing tools. Prior to Appurify, he managed development of revenue-driving products for Zynga's FarmVille franchise after having spent over five years at McKinsey & Co. specializing in B2B sales and marketing for high-tech companies. Jay has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Annie leads internal operations and Partner Experience at Humu. Her focus is on making work better for both Humu employees and the employees of Humu's partner companies. Prior to Humu, she worked in People Operations and Human Resources at Google, Gusto, and Etsy. Annie has experience in international development with USAID, and holds a Masters degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown.
